Genel Mağaza Bilgisi

  • Satıştaki bütün parçalar direk olarak LEGO setlerinden alınmaktadır. Aksi belirtilmediği takdirde tüm parçalar yeni ve kullanılmamış durumdadır. Paketlenme esnasında da ayrıca kontrol edilmektedir.

  • Parçalar temiz ve sigarasız bir ortamda kolilerde saklanmaktadır. Güneş ışığına maruz kalmamaktadır.

  • Herhangi bir LOT sınırlaması veya paketleme ücreti yoktur.

  • Setler aksi belirtilmediği taktirde sıfır ve kapalı kutularındadır.

  • Müşteri memnuniyeti birinci önceliktedir. Siparişinizi hazırlarken elimden geldiğince dikkatli davranmaya çalışacağım. Buna rağmen tabiki de hatalar gerçekleşebiliyor. Bir hata ile karşılaştıysanız lütfen benimle iletişime geçiniz. Sorunu en kısa ve uygun şekilde çözebileceğimizi düşünüyorum.

  • Herhangi bir sorunuz varsa sistem üzerinden iletişime geçebilirsiniz. Elimden geldiğince hızlı bir şekilde cevap vereceğim.

Kargo Bilgisi

  • 2000 Lira ve üzeri parça alışverişleriniz ücretiz olarak kargolanmaktadır. Siparişte bulunan Setler ve Collectible Minifigures ücretsiz kargo barajına dahil edilmeyecektir. Ücretsiz kargo, PTT ile yapılmaktadır.

  • Siparişleriniz İstanbul'dan kargolanmaktadır. Yurtdışından gelmeyecektir. Herhangi bir kargo veya gümrük riski yoktur.

  • PTT kargo ile gönderim yapılmaktadır. Siparişiniz, gönderici ödemeli olarak gönderilmektedir. Istanbul içi kargo ücreti 140 TL, Istanbul dışı kargo ücreti 180 TL. Kargo takip numarası sizinle paylaşılacaktır. 

  • Yurtiçi Kargo ile gönderim yapılmaktadır. Shopier web sitesi üzerinden 350 TL kargo ilanıaçılacaktır ve BrickOwl sistemi üzerinden sizinle mesaj olarak paylaşılacaktır. Shopiersistemi üzerinden alacağım kampanyalı kargo kodu kullanılarak paketiniz gönderici ödemeliolarak kargolanacaktır. Shopier sistemine yaptığınız 350 TL ödeme dışında ayrıca bir kargo ücreti ödemeyeceksiniz. Kargo takip numarası sizinle paylaşılacaktır. Not: Shopier sisteminde hesap açmanız gerekmemektedir. 

  • İstenildiği taktirde, İstanbul içi elden teslimat mümkündür. Bana da uygun olan saatlerde paketi gelip teslim alabilirsiniz. İstanbul Anadolu Yakası Kadiköy'de oturuyorum. Detaylı adres bilgisi için iletişime geçebilirsiniz. Özel durumlar dışında, elden teslimat seçeneğinde ödemenin önceden yapılması beklenmektedir.

Ödeme Bilgisi

  • Öncelikli ödeme seçeneği havale veya EFT'dir. Sipariş sonrası, banka hesap bilgilerimi sistem ve mail ortamı üzerinden paylaşacağım. Herhangi bir komisyon ücreti ödemek istemiyorsanız, bu seçeneği öneririm.

  • İkinci ödeme seçeneği kredi kartıdır. Shoppier web sitesi üzerinden %8 komisyon eklenerek ilan açılacaktır ve sizinle paylaşılacaktır. Bu komisyon karta tek çekim seçeneği içindir. Taksitli alışverişte oluşacak vade farkını, ödeme sayfasında görüntüleyebileceksiniz.

  • Ödemeyi 3 iş günü içerisinde yapmanız beklenmektedir.

  • PayPal ödeme seçeneği Türkiye müşterilerine kapalıdır.

Kullanılmış Parçalar

  • Kullanılmış parçalar, dikkatli bir şekilde incelemenin ardından, aşağıda belirtilen  kategorilere ayrıştırılmaktadır:

  • 1. Kalite - Sergileme amaçlı kullanılmış, neredeyse yeni parçalar. Herhangi bir deformasyon yoktur.

  • 2. Kalite - Sergileme amaçlı kullanılmış, yeniye yakın parçalar. Düşük ihtimal de olsa; küçük çizikler, tozlanma veya renk solması mevcut olabilir.

  • 3. Kalite - Sergileme amaçlı kullanılmış parçalar. Çizikler, tozlanma veya renk solması mevcuttur.

General Store Info

  • Welcome to Ali's Brick Store. I am a LEGO collector for a very long time and I will try my best to provide you all your LEGO needs.

  • All parts are coming directly from LEGO set boxes. Unless it is stated otherwise, all parts are new and in unused condition. Still, they will also be checked during packaging process. 

  • New parts does not mean MINT condition because sometimes LEGO does not put MINT condition parts in their sets too.

  • Parts are stored in clean and smoke free room. No sunlight.

  • There is no LOT limitation, no handling fee.

  • Sets are brand new in sealed condition unless it is stated otherwise.

  • There is a distributor sticker at the back of each set / polybag.

  • Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority. I will try to be very careful when I prepare your order. Still mistakes can happen. If you encounter with any mistake, please contact with me first. We can solve the problem fast and properly.

  • If you have any questions, you an contact via the messaging system. I will respond as quickly as possible.

Shipping Info

  • Packages are normally shipped on Tuesday and Friday. Payment must be completed until Monday noon for orders to be shipped on Tuesday or Thursday noon for orders to be shipped on Friday.

  • Shipping is by PTT Turkish Post.

  • I only ship registered and tracking included. I will provide you the tracking number after I ship the package. There is no insurance option for international order unfortunately. Still we can work it out if something happens to your package.

  • I am required to declare value for all international orders. I will write original value unless you tell me not to.

  • I am not responsible for Customs and Customs fee. It is your Country's rules and your responsibility to pay and take care what is neccesary.

  • Address written in BrickOwl order will be used as shipping address. Please let me know if you want me to ship to a different address.

  • There is no handling fee for orders. 

  • Price information about all international orders is given below at shipping policy section.

  • Regarding shipping sets: Before shipping sealed sets, I bubble wrap them. Then, if I have a original brown LEGO shipper box that is 'perfect' fit for the set, I ship it inside, and bubble wrap the outer one more time. If I do not have one, I cut box pieces to make 'perfect fit for the send and  again bubble wrap the outer one more time. Still, there is a possibility the box can get damaged as it is an international shipping and the package is subjected to customs inspects. Keep in mind that the set may not arrive in 'perfect' condition.

  • I don’t have quote option. If you are curious about shipping cost, please ask it before you place an order. I check my messages regularly. If you place an order just to get quote and cancel it afterwards, I will leave a negative feedback. You have been warned. 

Payment Info

  • I am expecting and hoping to receive the order payment within 3 business days.

  • PayPal is the first preferred payment option for international customers. I only accept EUR or USD currencies.

  • Paypal fee changes according to the country you registered your PayPal account. Since I cannot know your PayPal account registered country, I am making the assumption by looking at your shipping address. If your PayPal account registered country is different than your shipping address, please let me know. Otherwise, I may fully refund you and adjust the invoice accordingly. You can find necessary information below in the table.

  • Basically your total payment will look like this for if PayPal payment method is chosen:

    •  Order total + Shipping fee + PayPal fee

  • Shopier is the third preferred payment option for all international customers. It is an alternative method to Paypal, you can using your credit card. This payment method covers buyer protection just like PayPal. Commission fee is %7 of grand total. A link will be sent to you with the invoice. Used Parts

  • After careful inspection, used parts are sorted into the following categories:

  • 1. Quality - Used for display purposes, almost new pieces. No deformation.

  • 2. Kalite - Used for display purposes, almost new pieces. Although unlikely; minor scratches, dust or discoloration may be present.

  • 3. Kalite - Used for display purposes. Scratches, dust or discoloration are present.
