Satıştaki bütün parçalar direk olarak LEGO setlerinden alınmaktadır. Parçalar yeni ve kullanılmamış durumdadır. Paketlenme esnasında da kontrol edilecektir.
Parçalar temiz ve sigarasız bir ortamda kolilerde saklanmaktadır. Güneş ışığına mahsur kalmamaktadır.
Herhangi bir LOT sınırlaması veya paketleme ücreti yoktur.
Setler aksi belirtilmediği taktirde sıfır ve kapalı kutularındadır.

Siparişleriniz İstanbul'dan kargolanmaktadır. Yurtdışından gelmeyecektir. Herhangi bir kargo veya gümrük riski yoktur.
Ödeme yapıldıktan sonra 1 ya da 2 iş günü içerisinde siparişleriniz kargolanacaktır. Aksi bir durum olduğu taktirde sizi bilgilendireceğim.
Siparişinizin hızlı ve doğru ulaşması için BrickOwl sistemindeki adresinizi güncel tutunuz. Telefon numaranızı da adres bilgilerinize tanımlayınız. Tanımlayamadığınız durumda, sipariş esnasında not bölümüne yazabilirsiniz.

İkinci ödeme seçeneği kredi kartıdır. Shoppier web sitesi üzerinden %5.90 + 0.60 TL komisyon eklenerek ilan açılacaktır ve sizinle paylaşılacaktır. Bu komisyon karta tek çekim seçeneği içindir. Taksitli alışveriş için ise, %5.90 + 0.60 TL komisyonunun yanında 3 taksit için %5, 6 taksit için %8.5, 9 taksit için %13 ve 12 taksit için %18 ekstra komisyon oluşmaktadır. Taksitli alışverişte oluşacak vade farkını, ödeme sayfasında görüntüleyebileceksiniz.

Öncelikle BrickOwl sayfasından hesap oluşturmanız gerekiyor. Hesabınızı oluşturduktan sonra mağazamdan istediğiniz parçaları sepetinize ekleyip sipariş oluşturmak için adımları takip ediyorsunuz.
Sipariş oluşturduktan sonra süreç nasıl devam ediyor?
Siparişiniz oluştuktan sonra sizinle seçtiğiniz ödeme şekline göre gerekli bilgileri paylaşıyorum. Havale / EFT ödeme metodunu seçtiğiniz taktirde, banka hesap bilgilerimin olduğu fatura mailini size yolluyor olacağım. Ödemenizi aldıktan sonra siparişiniz hazırlanıp kargolanacaktır.
Sipariş oluşturulması için onay verdim. Sipariş gerçekten oluştu mu?
Sipariş oluşturma onayını verdikten sonra Bricklink mağaza stoğumdan istediğiniz parçaları otomatik olarak düşecektir. Emin olmadığınız takdirde sipariş oluşturmamanız daha doğru olur. Bricklink sistemi satıcılardan komisyon almaktadır ve sipariş iptal süreciyle vakit kaybetmemek iki taraf için de daha uygun olabilir.
Siparişime ekleme yapabilmem mümlün müdür?
Siparişiniz kargolanmadığı sürece siparişe ekleme yapabilmeniz mümkündür. BrickLink kargolanmamış siparişleri otomatik olarak birleştirmektedir.
Siparişten çıkarma yapabilmem mümlün müdür?
Sipariş ettiğiniz bir ürünü çıkarabilmem mümkündür ancak sistemin bir kaç adımı vardır. Bu sebeple, bir kaç küçük parça için çıkarma sürecine girmeyi tercih etmiyorum.

Welcome to Ali's Brick Store. My name is Ali Küçükdeveci. I am a LEGO collector for a very long time and I will try my best to provide all your LEGO needs.
All parts are coming directly from LEGO set boxes. All parts are new and in unused condition. Still they will be checked before I ship them to you.
New parts does not mean MINT condition because sometimes LEGO does not put MINT condition parts in their sets too.
Parts are stored in clean and smoke free room. No sunlight.
I will have to add %3 Bricklink fee to orders from sets section since I am keeping my price as low as possible.
There is no LOT limitation, no handling fee.
Sets are brand new in sealed condition unless it is stated otherwise.
There is a distributor sticker at the back of each set / polybag.
Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority. I will try to be very careful when I prepare your order. Still mistakes do happen. If you encounter with any mistake, please contact with me first. We can solve the problem fast and properly.

Shipping Info
Packages are shipped within 1 or 2 business days after I receive payment. If there is any exception, I will update you about it.
Shipping is by PTT Turkish Post.
I only ship registered and tracking included. I will provide you the tracking number after I ship the package. There is no insurance option for international order unfortunately. Still we can work it out if something happens to your package.
I am required to declare value for all international orders. I will write original value unless you tell me not to.
I am not responsible for Customs and Customs fee. It is your Country's rules and your responsibility to pay and take care what is neccesary.
Address written in BrickOwl order will be used as shipping address. Please let me know if you want me to ship to a different address.
There is no handling fee for orders.

Regarding shipping sets: Before shipping sealed sets, I bubble wrap them. Then, if I have a original brown LEGO shipper box that is 'perfect' fit for the set, I ship it inside, and bubble wrap the outer one more time. If I do not have one, I cut box pieces to make 'perfect fit for the send and again bubble wrap the outer one more time. Still, there is a possibility the box can get damaged as it is an international shipping and the package is subjected to customs inspects. Keep in mind that the set may not arrive in 'perfect' condition.
I have quote option. Still, if you are curious about shipping cost, please ask it before you place an order. I check my messages regularly. If you place an order just to get quote and cancel it afterwards, I will leave a negative feedback. You have been warned.

This is going to be my first order. What are the steps?
First, you need to create a BrickLink account. Afterwards, you can add items to your carts and complete the order by fallowing steps provided in checkout.
Whare the steps after order has been placed?
After I receive your order, I will be notified. I will update the order with shipping price and PayPal fee. Finally I will send you an invoice via the System and e-mail which will include information about which PayPal account you will pay to. After I receive your payment, order will be prepared.
I have placed my order. Did I really initiated a transaction?
After you confirm your check out, BrickLink creates an order. According to BrickLink rules, you are required to fallow the process after you place an order. That is why, please do not check out unless you are sure about what you are ordering. Please keep in mind about shipping and PayPal fees. It is an annoying process to cancel an order afterwards. This is a warning to first-time BrickLink users. I prefer not to hear execuses such as 'I thought that was the final price. Shipping is too high, please cancel the order'. If you cannot keep up with these requirements, please ask me first or do not order.
Is it possible to make addition to an existing order?
It is possible to make addition to an existing order as long as the order is not shipped yet. BrickLink combines unshipped orders automatically.
Is it possible to remove item(s) from an existing order?
It is possible to remove item(s) from an existing order but there are steps to fallow. That is why, I prefer not go through the process for few small pieces, if that is the case.
